With extensive private, public, and NFP sector experience, Robynn incorporates her learnings as an Executive Coach Certified in Conversational Intelligence® to support her clients by leveraging the Neuroscience of Conversation® to build trust and create the conditions for innovation to emerge. Complimenting her advanced coaching certifications, Robynn holds a Master of Education in Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, as well as being a TOTALSDI Facilitator.

Robynn teaches Professional Learning courses to preservice teachers at the University of Calgary, and serves on the Alberta Education Attendance Board to support students in reengaging in learning. She is also the Vice-President of Learning and Education Services at Being a Better Human Being.

What differentiates a coaching conversation from any other really good conversation is the establishment of an agreement and measures of success.  The client sets the agenda for the conversation and identifies what they hope to accomplish during the executive coaching, as well as what will change in their lives as a result.  An action plan and accountability measures are then established to support clients in achieving their established goals.
